We do things a little differently. RÜÜT is made in small batches from locally-sourced organic waste—not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means your order might take longer than you're used to. Here's what to expect.
Where We Ship Currently, we ship within the United States only.
How Long It Takes Orders typically ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on when your order lands in our production cycle. If you order right after a batch ships, you may wait for the next run.
We know that's slower than you're used to. Your soil arrives fresh from a real process, not sitting in a distribution center for months. And as we grow, our batch frequency grows with us—shipping times will get faster. Thanks for being early.
We'll email you when your order ships with tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Orders Things happen in transit. If your bag arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know at orders@ruutsoil.com and we'll make it right—replacement or refund, your call.
